- Processing of the personal details you supplied to allow access through login and password, with the aim to buy tickets for the published events;
- Collection, storing and use of your personal details for administrative and accounts purposes and possible transmission of commercial invoices by electronic mail;
- Transmission of your personal details to the event organiser whose tickets have been bought for the purposes of satisfying administrative, fiscal or security requirements related to the event;
- Use of your commercial profile by Best Union Company S.p.A. for marketing and promotional purposes (such purposes affect only the users who gave optional consent).

CONSENT
Consent to personal details treatment for the aims stated previously in points a), b), c) and d) is an unavoidable condition to proceed. Therefore the non-compilation of all the fields indicated as compulsory in the on-line module of user's personal details request will make impossible for the user to enjoy the service offered by Vivaticket.FACULTATIVE CONSENT
The consent to the treatment of you personal data for the aim reported in e) is facultative so the lack of consent won't make impossible the supply of the service requested.LIMITS OF DATA TRANSMISSION AND DIFFUSION
The personal data could be known by who is in charge of data treatment, i.e. professionals and employees that, for organizational and operational requirements, need these data, events organiser and anyway the treatment will be limited only to the aims related to the performance of the services offered. The employees have been duly instructed on the subject of security and protection of the personal data, in particular with the prohibition against the transmission or diffusion of personal data to third parties, but within the limits of the service delivery.RIGHTS OF THE PERSON CONCERNED
At any time you can exercise the rights attributed to you by art. 7 of Law 196/2003 stated below:Art. 7. Right to access personal details and other rights
- The person concerned has the right to have confirmation of the existence of personal details regarding him or not, even if they are not yet recorded, and their transmission in an intelligible way.
- The person concerned has the right to have information:
- about the origin of personal details;
- about the aims and means of treatment;
- about the logic applied if treatment is carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
- about the holder's identifying details, the people responsible and the appointed representative under article 5, comma 2 of the law;
- about the people or categories of people to whom the personal details can be transmitted or can learn about them in the capacity of appointed representative in state territory, people responsible or delegates
- The person concerned has the right to have:
- updating, correction or when concerned combining of details;
- cancellation, changing into an anonymous form or a block on details treated in violation of the law including those for which the storing is not necessary in relation to the aims for which the details were collected or afterwards treated;
- declaration that the operations in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also regarding their content, of those to whom the details were transmitted or spread, except if such fulfilment proves to be impossible or involves a disproportionate use of means in comparison to the right protected.
- The person concerned has the right to fully or partially oppose:
- the treatment of personal details about them even though they are pertinent to the aim of collection, for valid reasons;
- the treatment of personal details about them for the aims of sending advertising or direct sales material or for the fulfilment of market research or marketing communications
